Who We Are

We have started a new organizing theme (Who We Are) . The children will have the chance to explore the similarities and differences in features, shapes and their abilities to do things. They will also know the function of their body parts ,this is done during sports periods. They will understand their role in their family as a member.
The stand alone subjects: In math we will work on pattern, numbers from 1 to 5 and zigzag lines.

Mrs. Yassine the mother of Ahmad shared biscuit in class

After brainstorming and reading stories concerning the theme the children realized that our next organizing theme is about Who We Are. They classified pictures of people and things in a group work.

How we Express Ourselves

The children were using different coloring pencils on a piece of paper. While scratching freely they discovered how the secondary colors are formed.

The children visited the school premises and had a chance to observe the pictures done by other students at school before creating an art project. They also visited the art rooms and asked questions about portraits done by different artists.
